Absolutely disgusted and disappointed....

I recently bought a point of view laptop from Takealot for my daughter as she is home schooled, the laptop arrived faulty and keys on the keypad do not work (i have video evidence of this), i requested an exchange from takealot an they refused stating that the plug pins were broken, the plug and laptop were packaged in 2 boxes that were in pristine condition, the pictures they sent us of the box shows damage to the box inside the bigger box it was shipped in, so obviously damaged occurred on route to the depot which they have disputed!! they have refused us an exchange or refund and as a single Father with 3 kids i cannot afford to replace a faulty (within warranty) laptop so my CHILD CANNOT LEARN AT SCHOOL!!!! i am beyond disgusted with the service and the lack of help or understanding thereafter!
