Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted by Takealot. I placed an order for ESSENTIAL items on the 19th of March. The order delivery has been postponed 3 times with the next delivery date being 4 May. When I reached out to Takealot I was informed this is because it’s not an essential item. A NEBULIZER!!! Yes a nebulizer to assist in breathing and administering medication when sick! But Takealot regards facial pore cleansers, hair dryers, foot massagers and printers as essential items but not a nebulizer to assist with chronic astma and sick children. This is bizarre. Clicks and Dischem both sell Nebulizers DURING lockdown. If I had known I would have purchased it there. Not supporting Takealot again.
