Absolutely disappointing service

Absolutely disappointing service. Placed an order on takealot, however the product was not working up to standard so I returned it. They haven't refunded me. When I called they said it was a cash on delivery that's why they weren't able to send it into my bank account however there was a procedure to follow and the money will come through. Despite me following all procedures and giving them my banking details. It's been almost 2 months with no refund what's so ever. Yet they apparently say they refund you in 2 to 3 days.
