Absolutely disappointed once again!

I don't know where to start or how to actually put my frustration and total disappointment into words.. Every time I ensure that I order only items that are "in stock" however you can still be assured that not all your items will be in stock and no matter what you ordered will still take 2 weeks to get to you. I have now made the same mistake twice by ordering cat food which I sorely needed, as well as some cosmetic products. Well be assured that if one of your items is suddenly not in stock you will be waiting two weeks... Also won't budge on the approximate delivery date, even if you have an appointment with the oncologist that day.
