Absolutely disappointed

Takealot has always been efficient but this time I am so disappointed. I ordered other things and a phone charger as mine is currently broken, but only other products were delivered. The phone charger was not in the package. A second after the delivery I sent a request to advise of the missing charger and I was asked if I want a refund or the charger. I needed the charger off course, till date I have not received the charger or any feedback even after sending countless emails to request feedback.
