Absolutely brilliant service

I cannot compliment these guys enough. I had a product that was not working. Reported it via there website. I was contacted the same day - on a Saturday (16/01)at 17:00 to arrange for collection via courier at their expense. The courier collected the parcel on Wednesday (20/01). I received an email on Friday (22/01) to say that my replacement product has been dispatched and will be with me next week!<br> Just want to say a big thank you for the excellent service! I almost want to say I am speechless as this type of service does not happen everyday<br> Well done and thank you again
