Offering this worthless business a star is being truly generous, your Client Services, your tracking depot your overall communication between departments clearly shows you’ll should just close up shop… spoke with a ‘Demi’, spoke with ‘Kirsty.K’ both offered to return calls after getting some sort of response from the courier people it’s nearly the next business day and guess what nothing. I have a thread of emails from ‘Sinovuyo’ stating quite admirably and full of confidence “you’ll have your items delivered before 17:00”, well that never happened. Save yourselves the embarrassment and just close up please Amazon will dwarf your services hands down but in the interim fix your inter-departmental communication y’all are quickly becoming compared to Eskom and others in relation to services rendered.
