Absolutely appalling Takealot!

I've ordered 2 different products from them on the same day. One to be delivered to a family member as a gift and another to my home. Both products were incorrect. They take forever to get a return processed. It's so frustrating because what if I had ordered something important and it was incorrect and I lost valuable time or even money because their warehouse staff are ***********? Very disappointed. Won't be ordering online from them again.
