Absolutely Appalling Service from Takealot!

I recently ordered two tables worth a staggering R15,000 from Takealot, expecting top-notch quality for the price. What did I get? Two damaged, incomplete, and unbalanced excuses for tables! Both arrived with scratches, poorly finished edging, and wobbly sides. It’s shocking how a company can deliver such low-quality products and still sleep at night.

But wait, the nightmare didn’t end there! I scheduled a collection for these tables (because, of course, they’re not fit for purpose), and Takealot failed to collect on two separate occasions. I’ve had to chase them more than five times, and still no one knows why these tables are sitting in my house like unwanted guests. Each time, I get a new excuse, and a vague promise that someone will get back to me—nobody ever does.

I’m left with two faulty tables that nobody wants to collect, a lighter wallet, and a massive headache from dealing with their *********** and unhelpful service. This level of negligence is beyond unacceptable. If you’re considering buying anything from Takealot, think twice—you’ll likely end up with damaged goods and zero support.

Do better, Takealot. I certainly expected a lot more for R15,000.
