Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service, after 6 to 8 weeks of trying to get an answer on were my chair is to now find out it was apparently delivered to the incorrect person despite the address being correct. I am still waiting to hear what is going on and I keep on getting the same answer "we will get back to you". This is absolutely disgusting and if I could rather lower than 1 star I would. Note to self never try to return anything to takealot!! I have asked for a replacement or refund and get no answer either. They are quick to take your money but service after the fact is next to nothing.
