ABSOLUTE UNNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I ordered an Ntech X96 Air Smart Android TV Box on 22 August. When I finally received my parcel on 02 September 2021 and opened the box I saw that the product looks used/second hand as it was in a plain brown box, with no plastic covering it and there were scratches on top. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Once I got home and plugged the box in I noticed that the apps are not working, I looked around a bit and went into google, Only to find someone else's google account on my box!!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid R999 for a second hand broken box and they did not even do the effort to fix the box and clear it when they received it from the previous person. They just packed it and shipped it off to me!!! I logged a return on 02 September 2021 and the parcel was collected again on 03 September 2021. Up to date I have not received any feedback or my money back! On top of everything you cannot even phone them as everyone is working remotely. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE, I would not recommend Takealot to ANYONE!!!
