Absolute **** taking

I ordered 2 pairs of crocs both sized M UK7, only to receive them both in M UK8... I log a return and explicitly say i want the outcome to be me receiving the correct size. The only action taken by your company was to credit my account, i did not want that i wanted the correct product! I left it, moved on with my life... A week later i order another pair in a different colour ALSO SIZE M UK7, and guess what arrived at my door... Another ****ing size 8!! Are yall actually taking the **** right now?? I've logged another return and i want the proper size!! This is ridiculous
