Absolute shocking service (TAKEALOT & Bottleshop.co.za)

Good day

I recently placed an order on Takealot on 18/01/2019. Order # ********** 5 (fulfilled by Bottleshop).

The order was for 3 bottles of Meerlust Rubicon, 2008, 2009 and 2010 – and it clearly shows this on the description and picture on Takealot. Today I received the order and it contains 3 bottles of 2015.

This is highly frustrating, irritating and unprofessional, because it is false advertising (regardless if it was a mistake or not). I would like to receive what I ordered.

I am not interested in a return or refund. The order should be fulfilled as I placed it.

Your urgent response would be appreciated.
