Absolute ******* customer service

I was sent a different product than what I bought. I logged a return and refund on the 4th July. The return was completed on the 11th July with my takealot account credited. Well, there is no credit first of all and secondly I requested a refund. I have been emailing them and was sent 1 reply saying it was escalated to the credits department. After no reply back after 2 days I emailed again with no reply. I again emailed this week and still nothing !!! I am so disgusted with this !!!
