Absolute poor Service from Takealot

I have ordered and paid for a Blackview Tablet 11. When collected at Brackenfell the content according to the box was not complete. It was returned and the replacement was the same. 2 months and 6 emails from Takealot to fix did not materialize. 5 people sent emails with references and asked for service ratings. The product cannot accept and use 2 apps, i.e. myDStv or DStvnow. 5 emails from a delivery company to deliver the missing content had not resulted. I will never use Takealot ever again, unless they fix fhis 100%.
