Absolute poor service delivery!!!

We placed and pay for an order on 16 May 2020 and got notice that delivery will be on 31 May 2020 before 17:00. Two of the essential items are a bed mattress with a base. With my experience from takelot, they usually deliver before the time. Now, my daughter must sleep on the floor, because the order was not delivered as yet. Today is 11 June 2020. She was transferred from Bredasdorp to Langebaan. No communication, sms or email was received as yet about why the order wasn't delivered yet. Come on takelot, up your game!!! This is truly absolute poor service delivery!!!
