Absolute pathetic service

Returned my television for an error where it was shutting down after long periods of viewing , supplier rejected return due to "screen damage by user" ,which was very weird as i laughed when speaking to the consultant as the exterior of the television was not damaged in any way when returned, when television was returned back to me ,screen was cracked and peeled of from the edge ,which clearly was due to poor handling from takelot employees, returned again and till now have not recieved my refund for their negligence. Absolutely pathetic!!!!
