Absolute logistical chaos-Takealot completely ignores reschedule requests

I am writing this to expose a complete and utter failure in Takealot’s delivery operations. I paid for my order on Thursday, expecting delivery on Friday. On Friday, the package was out for delivery at 11:00, but I had commitments at 15:00 and had to reschedule for today, the 30th. Today, the package was out for delivery at 08:00. It is now past 22:00, pitch black outside, and I have received absolutely no communication from the driver or the distribution hub. My schedule has been completely ruined waiting around all day for a delivery that never arrived. Because your system is fundamentally broken and cannot handle manual reschedules, I have now been forced to reschedule this for the 31st. This is incredibly unprofessional. I need an escalation manager to intercept this package immediately and ensure it is actually held as requested.
