Absolute diabolical shocking lack of Service

I ordered a Tent and a groundsheet for camping this past weekend. On Thursday it was confirmed by Takealot that the delivery would be at my house by 12 midday. By 12.30 I was informed that the delivery had diverted to George by Skynet couriers. Shamier of Skynet couriers assured me that the delivery will be made to my campsite the same day as it was their mistake and this should never have happened. The tent was ordered for 74 year old man who ended up sleeping in his car for the weekend. When I returned home on Sunday the delivery had been made to my home on Sunday morning. After numerous emails to Skynet and Takealot there has been no response or any form of compensation offered for this utter diabolical lack of service. In the past my orders were delivered by Mr. Delivery which were prompt and without incident!
