Absolute Chaos and no refund

I was so disappointed and frustrated. We wanted a digital photo frame as a gift and it has been a shambles. The website showed it was in stock, it shipped and was returned to the supplier, very odd. Then when we phoned we are told it needed 5 days for delivery. Next we were told, then the product doesn't exist. To make it worse, the best Takealot do is a credit. No refund offered?? I see another digital photo frame on loot for R1745, @ Takealot the same item it is R1899 If you had the decency to refund me I could buy it there. Why should I spend the extra R145 with you after the mess?
