Absolute *******

Absolutely disgusting by the service received from this company. I get they feeling the pressure of Amazon being live in SA now but that does not mean you have to treat a customer that has been loyal to you for yeas like *******. I recently logged a return for an order made last week Friday and on the app they promised free Saturday delivery but once I paid payment and order was confirmed delivery date changed to Tuesday 25th June. On the order were items that I needed urgently so I had to go in store and get them cause I was not able to wait until Tuesday I was just going to return them once they’ve arrived. Tell me why my return was declined because return criteria was not met. When I tried to get answers as what criteria has these products not met, I have not received any response from their customer support. I’m sitting here at a loss. I’m NEVER buying from TAKEALOT.COM anymore!
