Absence of Client Services

I am unable to contact Takelot via email, as all the addresses on their website just bounce back. I have a 6 month old Hisense smart tv which is faulty and can't get anybody to repsspond to my correspondence.. There is an 087 phone number but I can't phone it. I am a disabled pensioner without transport, so i3am most dissatisfied!
