Ability to deliver on time as promised is gone

In the past 6 months, Takealot's ability to deliver as promised has dramatically fallen. We purchase allot from them regularly. More often than not the same day or next day delivery dates are not met. Items arrive after 3 days. It's infuriating. It's effectively pushing us off their platform.
