I bought a number of items in December 2024 and the method of payment used is payflex. The order was supposed to be delivered before the end of the year as shown on their app, but that never happened. Fast forward to January, products are delivered in pieces. Now two items haven't been delivered and on the app it's written that I refused to accept the things I ordered because of COD. When I call Takealot, I told that I have need to pay cash, how when the method of payment is payflex? I am yet to pay my third and final installment on payflex.
