A zero score is too high

If I had an option to to give them a score worse than the 1 star I gave I would. I ordered a toy for my son on 01 July 2022 today the date is 07 August 2022 and I still haven't received my order or my credit. Takealot keeps ordering and cancelling the order. I am so tired of this horrible service. I look forward to Amazon finally launching in SA, I am converting, can't take anymore of this horrible service and everytime you attempt sending an email, you get an auto response that the email is no longer working. Service is 🚮🚮🚮🚮
