A VERY disgruntled Talkalot user!!!

On the takelots webpage was a blue Oxtrail sleeping bag which I ordered for my grandsons birthday. When it arrived it was olive green, this was returned and the 2nd and 3rd time is was returned, Now for the 4th time is has arrived and it is olive green. A short note saying they were out os stock and would I concider a different one the Oztail sturt Camper sleeping bag I would be very happy their custmer care phone lines just rings and rings and they take a long time to answer emails.! Once one as returned an item once it is very difficult to get a new return numbrer!!! Meantime the grandsons birthday is getting closer!!!!
