A turn for the worst

I’m not entirely sure what going with Takealot or whether they’re under new management but the experience is not what it use to be. I’d had two order that were not delivered. Which ended being cancelled. Their tracking system is useless and never updated to reflect the correct delivery date. They stafff are rude and uninterested.

Because the first order wasn’t delivered I had to pay double for the same items cause the promotion had ended. Honestly, dealing with company is a nightmare
