A so not so happy customer

I bought a waist trainer at Take a lot and it a small size that didn't fit. I logged an exchange and they took it back but when I received the order back yesterday and it's still the same size. I tried to log another exchange and it's saying it's non returnable. So what should I do with a waist trainer that doesn't fit.
