A return being forced on me!

Bought a Mixer (MRRN-WZ44W-5DR5)( Pull Out Faucet Stainless Steel Kitchen Mixer With Hose Cold & Hot -Silver (***) from Takealot.com.

The Tap come to me with parts short; realized the issue on the 7th - 8 day, I try to return the Item the item is delisted and I cannot pickup the Item online to log a return. I waited thinking the issue will be fixed, days go by I decide to call the customer care, the lady promises to log the issue for me from their end but days go by with no response or collection of the product.

I sent an email(not being sure if it will be responded) alerting them with my challenge, they start assisting to log the Mixer and collected it.

Few days later they return the Mixer to me says it is my problem I could have returned the tap within 14 days and this is stipulated on their Online policy (https://www.takealot.com/help/exchange-return-policy).

I perused the policy to see this policy, it does not exist, Even if it existed I took a list steps to try remedy the issue with no assistance prior.

I would like my money back.
