A real disappointed Takealot customer.

I have ordered two books on Friday. Yesterday I got an email saying I can collect my order. Today I go to Wonderboom junction to collect. They let me wait more than 30min looking for it and could only find one. Then they tell me I must go home and come back when they have found it. Never experienced such utter pathetic service from Takealot. Really it is ridiculous. Don't they put one persons things at the same place??
