A PRIZE IS FOR MAHALA

So I have started buying from takealot and now they send me an email saying you have been selected. So I decide I'm going to do the survey and then it says you have won a prize. It then shows me which prize I have won. So I fill in the details they request and then all of a sudden it jumps to another product and says you need to pay R60!!! Takealot!!! IF SOMEONE WINS A PRIZE YOU DON'T PAY FOR IT!!!! If you have to pay for it even a rand then it is not a prize. The definition of a prize is something you got for free!!!! Please, they are not the first company I have had this problem with, but come on. If you knew the English language, you would know that a prize is something you give FOR FREE!!! YOU WON IT!!!! NO MATTER WHAT IT IS WORTH YOU WON IT AND IT NEEDS TO BE GIVEN FOR MAHALA!!!! MAYBE THAT IS THE ONLY LANGUAGE PEOPLE NOW UNDERSTAND. The point is the fact that it needs to be paid for, the point is if I won it, I shouldn't be asked to pay for it!!!!! Please get this straight!!!
