A month later without my order

On the 1st of November I ordered a "Dork Diaries: Skating Sensation" book from takealot.com. The expected delivery date was on the 15th November, which was weird for me as I've ordered before from takealot and it took 3 days for my parcel to arrive. On the 15th my parcel was not delivered.

I went on to send through a complain regarding my order on the same day. I received a reply that advised that the nature of my enquiry was escalated to the relevant department.

Then it was quiet, on the 24th they emailed again and advised that they will create an order replacement.. It's 11 days later and I still have not received anything. At this point I just want my money back because the purpose that I had originally bought the book for has been defeated!!!
