A joke for customer relations

Takealot accepts payment for stock(college textbook) they don't have extends delivery lead time by a week (assignments are due tests are underway) delivery gets canceled a day before delivery date and has the audacity to refuse me and immediate refund so I can procure book elsewhere and get this tells it will take 7 working days for me to get money back this has now delayed my life and costed me a module at college what can I do about this inconsiderate company? And they are unwilling to do anything waiting for my money for a text book that is over 1000 rand
