A Guarantee is apparently not a real thing...

They guaranteed Sunday delivery... Spoiler alert, they did not deliver. I made use of their online contact for, which they responded to saying they need time to check with relevant team... I followed up over three hours later, no response. Followed up this morning, no response. Father's day ruined. How can you guarantee something and then not deliver??? What compensation are you going to give me? I think my purchase should be free and you make a plan to deliver asap. Considering you are finally getting competition from @Amazon, I would think you would up your game.
