A great disappointment in takealot

I am so disappointed with the poor service recived from Takealot this time around, I purchased (6) takealot gift vouchers worth R6000 online on the 21st of December 2023 and to my regert....they have sent me from piller to post just to recieve my voucher numbers in my email address. it is the 23rd today and still nothing they have been requesting repeated verification processes, fro asking me to send pictures of my ID card and my bank card number, and yesterday the called and verifired again, the caller sound sceatchy on the phone and it made me even more skeptical. I have lost out on the two sale purchase offers on put in my cart. Instead on showing concern and touching base with me when i expressed my worry about the delays today, they just went through to cancel my order and i am still wating for my refund . i am extreamly shocked at this service.
