A friend indeed

I called into the Takealot JHB to query why my delivery was taking so long , and a lovely lady Somimakazi Qotole helped me , she advised that one of my items was on a back order and they were awaiting it from supplier, i asked about alternatives like ordering alternatives it was not possible but she was able to speak to her manager and split my order so that i could get the three items takealot had in stock and the one on back order later on .
