A company worthwhile supporting

I recently bought an Android media player to replace a damaged Apple TV after doing a fair amount of research and because of pricing. However, Android can and will never do what the Apple TV can do and the information from the Chinese manufacturers were totally incorrect. I contacted takealot.com to return the unit, which happened rather speedily and also requested a refund instead of a credit. Within two days I received e-mail and sms that the refund had been processed. It is good to find local companies who still put service and customer satisfaction first.
