Just wana express my dissatisfaction as the agents is so pathetic.... I purchased a giga bag of huggies gold with my Mastercard and realised that you having a promo if I buy with a Visa card, I then purchased another box to get the voucher. After not receiving the voucher I called in and a lady told me I am eligible for it as I need to buy for R150 or more... after still not receiving it I then logged a complaint they eventually told me I dont get the voucher as I didnt buy for R450 or more... that ****ed me off more as I was misinformed... they eventually gave me a voucher code and told me it was valid until 31.08.2019.... now after trying to check out my next order I am told online that the voucher is kit active..... I then called the call centre again and I'm told that u have reached ur quota and the promotion is not active any longer.... ***?????

the service is shocking the 1 hand doesnt know what the other is doing.... can some1 contact me as I'm really not happy about the fact that after a fight I'm still ending up fighting again coz this isnt valid.... I have previously been so impressed with ur service however there are so many hidden agendas... I want my R200 that I have fairly gotten as my newborn niece needs bottles that I was planning on purchasing with it ....
