A bunch of ****** you don’t get what you pay for

I purchased a full 5piece surround sound set from takealot about 3 weeks ago after opening the package we found that the speakers was damaged I then logged the fault with them and they then logged a return once they received the speakers they said they needed to send it for testing then they came back and said I damaged it I then responded nd advised them that I never even had the opportunity to use it then they came back and said I never sent lol the parts but everything was returned what I got today when I got home from work I saw they just delivered the broken speakers.This is not what I agreed to buy when I did my purchase.
