Terrible service when it comes to returns. I ordered a whey protein supplement from them, which i found to be hazardous , as it made both me and me girlfriend extremely ill. I requested a return and asked for a credit as i was not happy with the product after just a few days of use . They came to collect the product, but they still have not given me a credit. So they took their product back and they took my money. Ive been trying to get feedback but their agents are useless and nobody can give me any straight answers. This organization is highly ********* when it comes customer service. My best advice is dont order from these clowns, they quick to take your hard earned money, but when there is a problem, they cant even provide a decent follow-up. Best to just go to a store and buy your stuff directly. Because if you have problems, these guys are going to leave you in the dog box.
