9k Parcel disappeared and takealot couldn't care

We ordered 4 mobile phones to the value of 9k on takealot. Our "parcel" arrived and contained Nivea cream and Crayons. Reported the matter to Takealot and they confirmed that the parcel never reached us as they could track the driver. They collected the incorrect parcel and failed to send us the phones or credit our account. It's been over a month and I cannot even get an update on the status of the matter or clear feedback. They have essentially ****** our money.
