I ordered a item received it... Could clearly see it was second hand due to some light scratches non the less i ignored that and decided to use it as i waited so long for it... After 2 hours the item had stopped working, i returned it and requested a replacement, again 2 weeks passed when I checked the delivery date they had extended it again to a later date, so i canceled the item,, its been more than a week even with complaining i still dont have my money back,, pathetic
