I’ve been using Takealot since I was a student and I must say I am disappointed with their recent service. I placed an order on the 20th of May and it was scheduled to arrive yesterday, but unfortunately, it arrived when I was at work. I then informed the delivery guy that I get home at 15:00. The delivery was then rescheduled for today but at around 12:00 PM I received an email that my order has been cancelled. The worst part is that I really needed the items. How can they cancel the order when I had rescheduled the delivery time? Super disappointed.
