I ordered a chair. For R2399 just got refunded R241 clearly the 30% pass rate of this country is showing here . How do they conclude a refund on my account to the full value but only give me about 10% of the value of what i paid where is the rest of my money??? This is after they completely botched my Christmas presents order that i ordered well in advance and had to re order it again to get it in time. I am so glad amazon is here .
