I had a product (interior 4 panel door) I bought from you returned because it had defects.

The return was processed and my account (Takealot profile) was credited with R550 about a week ago, which I left there with the intention of purchasing another door once it is available.

This morning I get an order confirmation email for a strange purchase I did not make, which is a Vodacom and MTN prepaid airtime voucher. This seems like someone hacked my account or someone who works for you bought these things using the credit of R550 on my account.

I’m not sure how this happened but what I’m sure of is that I need to get my credit or money back.
