8 days to RTS an item back to Takealot.

I purchased an a 20w Solar panel from Takealot for a camping trip we planned. A 15w pannel was delivered by Takealot. A return was booked to send the incorrect item back. Since then Takealot failed to collect the item. Every day we receive a sms, confirming that the item will be collected on the relative date before 5pm. At the end of the day, no driver arrived to collect the item and a new sms confirms the collection for the next day. This has been going on since the 24th of Oct ‘23 till today the 31st of Oct.
