8 days and counting no deliverys with takelot more

I signed up to try out takelot more last week, they promise same day delivery , so I placed an order on black friday weekend for a dishwasher and and 2 other items. When I che ked out I noticed the delivery was for 3 December, which was 4 days later than what is promised with takelot more but I thought mabye it's because it is a busy period so I accepted this, my husband especially took off to make sure he would be home to receive it. Wednesday came and went and no delivery or contact. I emailed takelot twice, no response. We eventually called in on Friday spoke to Lititha who said she would send an email to the courier. I got no feedback later I called again and spoke to Kionne who again sent an email to fast and furious couriers and no response. When I spoke to Kionne I told him that just sending an email is not good enough as it's clear the courier is not responding to emails so can they call and get an answer?he tells me the courier company has no phone number so they can only email. I then insisted that there had to be a way to contact them as I don't understand how takelot could use a company that u cannot contact and who don't reply to emails its ludicrous, did they they find this company on Facebook marketplace? So he said he could possibly request authorization to contact them on their personal cell numbers. He then sent me a courtesy email after the call saying he has emailed them. I rep**** and asked why he is not calling them.. No reply. Day 7 I call in again and speak to Thimna she says she will email them again, at this point I am losing it, she says she will ask her manager to email their manager as there is no other way to contact them and she doesnt know where Kionne got his info about possibly calling their cell phones.. Day 7 is gone.. No feedback as promised... I cannot understand how they can promise same day delivery, let me wait 8 days and think that it's OK to just keep on emailing and hoping for the best, raising their hands and saying they did their job... I still have no clue when I will get my order. They just don't care and please dont fall for takealot more, glad I only did the trial and didn't pay yet. I wanted to order all my Christmas gifts but I'm so scared, I most probably will not receive it.
