***8 - Bad ordering experience - Money owed

I had with worst experience trying to order from takealot using Discovery Miles and my Credit Card. I purchased items using R238 in Discovery Miles and the remaining R266 via my credit card. The order still says awaiting payment. I phoned takealot and they cant help me at all. I am still waiting to get my Discovery Miles back and my money back in my Credit Card.
