70" Hisense TV lying somewhere in the Cloud of TakeAlot

I have ordered a TV from Takealot on the 18 October after getting a Defective TV a week later . Received the Tv on the 26 Oct only realising the screen was completely busted. Took it back personaly to the pick up point in Kempton park on the 26Oct .

Well today is the 9 November and after many E-Mails and Many phone calls and even driving down to the Factory , Still no answer of when i will be receiving said Item that i have paid a lot of money for ...... Every one that i speak to has got the same answer " we have Escalated the issue and will come back to you "

No one can tell me what is going on NOBODY can tell me when i will be receiving the new TV ,
