I bought a phone in Jul 20, the phone stopped working a month later , it keeps saying its overheating. I noticed that when I bought it it had other telephone numbers saved on it , meaning it was a used phone. I then returned the phone to them , they did not respond for a good two weeks, today I saw on the app that my request for a refund has been declined , no one has called us and they still kept the faulty. No I am left without a phone , and without money - take a lot took everything . I warn everyone that reads this - DO NOT BUY GADGETS FROM TAKE A LOT , if its faulty they will not help you. rather go to a shop , its not the first time I had this experience , I bought a laptop a few years back and it was faulty , I took it in to be fixed myself and paid a professional to fix it. Take a lot did nothing.
